1. Do you offer product samples?

2. What is the shelf life of your products?
-We do not use unnatural preservatives in our products. Therefore they typically have a shelf life of 12 months. Products kept in the refrigerator will stay fresher longer.
3. What are some ways that I save money on your products?
-Follow us on social media or sign up for our Newsletter for announcements on upcoming promotions. We also offer a loyalty and referrals program to rewards our customers for shopping with us.
4. Do you provide refunds or exchanges?
-Thank you for shopping with SugarMelon Handmade Cosmetics. Due to the nature of our products, Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
5. What shipping carriers do you use?
-We ship domestic U.S orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) and International orders via USPS, UPS, or DHL. (Tracking and insurance is included).
6. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
-All orders have one business day processing time upon receipt of order. The shipping method applies after the order has departed our fulfillment center then shipped by the carrier. See our shipping policy.
7. The tracking shows the package was delivered, but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
-Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery.
